The Pan Pacific Vancouver is appreciated for its prime location near the cruise terminal and easy access to the convention center, making it a convenient choice for many. The spacious rooms offer breathtaking views, with some guests particularly enjoying the harbor views from numerous windows. While a few guests have noted that the valet service was not always up to par, the hotel's proximity to restaurants and the Coal Harbor Bar and Grill make it a solid choice.

the hotel directly connected to the cruise terminal. staff set our bags out in the morning, and they transported them directly to the ship. the convenience was helpful.
the bathroom faucet leaked non-stop, quite annoying. the bathroom, in general, was dated and could use an upgrade. the concierge was not available when we needed help with a taxi early in the morning.

I found the location very convenient. It was easy to access tours from there. The view from my harbor room was lovely. I thought it was worth the cost.
I have never stayed anywhere that clearly cannot cope with the sheer amount of guests trying to use them. Also the bath seemed outdated.

the location was acceptable due to its proximity to the cruise terminal.
The valet service was really bad. each time i arrived with my car, i had to honk and wait. That was annoying. when leaving, they once brought the wrong car! plus, i could hear noise from other rooms and the nearby laundry room at night.
